The GPS 66i is equipped with the SOS option which allows it to send a help message to the GEOS emergency response team. It can also send and receive text messages anytime and anywhere since it is connected to the Iridium global satellite network.
This high-end device has a 3-inch color anti-glare screen and is water resistant. Its lithium batteries have a minimum autonomy of 35 hours. When the shipping mode is activated, the battery life increases to 200 hours and still allows the use of inReach technology.
GPS, Galileo and SBAS satellite navigation system. Garmin TopoActive maps and Canadian Topographic maps are preloaded on the 66i model.
